These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the MK Vasant and Associates App (the "App"), operated by MK Vasant and Associates. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

The MK Vasant and Associates App provides a platform for users to receive notifications, and information from the dental practice (the "Services").

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of the App

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the App, its users, or the dental practice. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App;
  • Engaging in any form of data mining or similar data gathering activities;
  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses or harmful code.

6. Payment and Billing

The App may offer features or services that require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store any bank or card payment details. For more information on how payments are handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MK Vasant and Associates or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• License to Use Content: You are granted a limited license to access and use the content and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Vasant and Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of England, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as sending you an email notification). Your continued use of the App after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
